Halma plc Results of Annual General Meeting 2024   At the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Halma plc held on 25 July 2024, all the resolutions contained in the Notice of Meeting and put to the meeting were duly passed. Resolutions 1 to 18 were passed as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 19 to 22 were passed as special resolutions.
