Directors' and PDMRs' Share Transactions
In accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation,

shares of Halma by Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities ('PDMRs'), as follows:
Grant of Share Awards
Performance Share Awards ('PSPs') and Deferred Share Awards ('DSAs')
over Halma 10p ordinary shares under the Executive Share Plan
were granted on 1 July 2019. Awards are based on a financial
value, converted to a number of shares at the five-day average
share price prior to 1 July 2019 of 2045.6p, and granted for
