Net debt at 18 July 2022 was GBP10.7M
Net debt at the end of Q3 was GBP10.784M

With results due 02.03.2023 what are the debt expectations around the trigger point for commencing with dividends..?, are we on for 2023 or 2024 after all the separation costs have been worked through..?

https://www.stockopedia.com/share-prices/haleon-LON:HLN/17.6 according to stockopedia....Makes more sense - £2.6 bio expected profit fr 2022 - market cap £30 bio...Q4 looks to be better with all the cold and flu outbreaks - hot market for them, so they certainly aren't expensive at 3.30.I always look back to Unilever looking to pay £50bio just two/three years ago.....

Is that right? Hargreaves Lansdown put the forward (i.e. 2023) PE at 13.7 back in September. The price then was about 270, so the equivalent now would be roughly 16.6.

This tallies almost exactly with Market Screener's current year eps estimate of 20p.

P/E is approaching 30 here. Unilever is at 19. Reckitt 14.
Over priced.

Not really. HLN consumer facing, S&N mainly direct to the health sector (I believe).

Yes anhar, (Haleon releases its fourth quarter and final year 2022 results on 2nd March). Credit Suisse predict organic sales growth of 3.7% and OTC growth of 5.0%.

On an earnings discount to European rivals, 'outperform' is the investment rating with a share price target of 376p.

HLN states that 2022 results will be released 02 March. As rikky72 says, it's only then that we will know the actual divi and its dates.
