I thought you said that yesterday and the day before and the day before.... lol.
I think the most likely route for selling large chunks is probably a merger or take-over - especially while the pound is so cheap.

Not long now till GSK and Pfizer share dumping starts especially as Haleon told them both to get stuffed regarding that Zantac law suite indemnities. Watch the share price tumble more than 20% by Christmas..

This dog will have to run just to stand still with the debt gsk loaded it with. As for zantac, it was known for years it caused cancers, it also causes osteoporosis from blocking calcium absorption which is the next lawsuit. Terminal like the U.K. in general.

What does 'kicked into touch mean'..There are 70,000 cases pending and thats just in the USA...Netcurtains are you reduced to just making stuff up!..These are real cases going to court on the back of FDA evidence.

You could have been 'diagnosed' with cancer 5, 10, 20, or more years ago but the statute of limitations states up to 10 years prior to first 'diagnosis'!

abullla: I thought the last legal news was that statute of limitations had kicked in and the majority of cases would now probably be kicked into touch (judge ruling).

Looking like GSK is prepping the legal ground for massive Zantac indemnity claims running into the billions from Haleon, interesting times ahead.

Forget a dividend Haleon have massive debts to service, rising interest rates, and Zantac claims running into the billions from GSK.

no dividend declared yet, the first divi is planned for full year results, from the prospectus:

(G) Dividend policy
Following the Demerger, the Company will adopt a dividend policy, which will reflect the longterm earnings and cash flow potential of the Group, consistent with maintaining sufficient
financial flexibility and meeting the Group’s capital allocation priorities. The initial dividend is
expected to be at the lower end of a 30 to 50 per cent. pay-out ratio, subject to Board approval.
The Company expects to pay a dividend to Haleon Shareholders in relation to the second half
of 2022 in H1 2023, subject to Board approval and following approval of the Company’s FY
2022 results.

Which I think is sensible. Pay off debt ASAP with rates going higher.

"All medium term guidance is reiterated, namely annual organic revenue growth of 4-6%, sustainable moderate Adjusted operating margin expansion at constant currency, Net debt/Adjusted EBITDA expected to be below 3x by the end of 2024 and initial dividend expected to be at lower end of 30-50% pay-out range (subject to Haleon Board approval)."

Graham..clearly you don't understand Dollar earnings translated to Sterling..According to my post a strengthening Sterling means dollar generated earnings will fall in Sterling terms, duh!

Come back after both Pfizer and GSK have dumped their share holdings in November.

Share price issued 330p, now 260p, down 22%, go figure!

PPE. According to the logic of your statement, a strengthening in sterling will have minimal long term effect.... after all, a weakening of sterling in recent weeks/month has had the opposite effect.

A pointless negative post designed to continue your drip drip drip of anti-company information, most of which has very little relevance to the long term share value.
