Geared nature of the companies. Assets tranfer to the bondholders at the expense of the shareholders. 3. I think interest rates are rising. Shareholders get screwed. Govt happy, management delays the inevitable. 4. Bondholders looking to exit and sell the debt on. its a a long haul, and several wont make it. BGY is an example of the good times for shorters when all factotrs converge, but theres plenty of water and electric cos out there if youd post them | ![]() theape |
