I agree with you rossannan. There is really no other option for them plus Gun and NB will clearly vote in favor. If Oyster were wound up then GUN and NB would get the assets/licenses anyway right.

They tried to IPO before the cash ran out but the market was not kind at the time, legacy holders will be left with the Oyster shell in its new name and direction which on balance is still better than nothing.

What NB and GUN will do with the licenses is the $M question. Be interesting to see how this plays out over the coming days/weeks.

I expect to see the TR1 dump to appear any moment now of the volume graph, I don't think it has been put up yet.

of note, oscillating share price pattern. mm not holding treasury shares, if somebody decides to come in heavy then 0.08 spike available - if you are quick enough to get it. Anybody relying on orders will be bled dry. Fingers on the button for 3 hours!

Of course you may vote in favour of your own position, otherwise what would the point of buying shares with voting rights be. The question will be around moratorium times and insider dealing. If you held the shares (voting rights) and THEN a proposal landed on the table, you are well within your rights to vote for or against. If a proposal landed on the table and you then purchased shares (voting rights) in order to sway the decision then you've been a very naughty boy.

Is that scotty below the 3% then, nice little earner.

Volume beginning to trickle in, along with the odd blip down as predicted so far. Looks like a slower build upto Friday afternoon but nevertheless I think there is still some lovely spikes to flow form this one yet over the next couple of trading days.

Yes your reading it right. We need all shares in hands willing to sell to move into sticky hands ready for the next leg up.
With however many billions in volume over last couple of days we should be nearing that point.

I foresee a very busy afternoon. Now the volume has dropped off, pis will be looking at the stable price last hour or so and the reckoning will be no further retrace. As there is a likely spike on Monday morning, I see the share price begin a shallow escalation towards the 0.066 zone as people slowly load up, volume will increase creating a bit more volatility and we may see an increase towards 0.07 into the close. I do not foresee and further retrace bar the briefest of little dips.

Do not follow any of my suggestions in case they are completely wrong like absolutely everything I have predicted to date. But the jelly babies bet is still on. Pay day is 17th July 2019.
