The rise here is welcomed but I'm not sure the UK will lift sanctions against Assad. Talk is that further sanctions may be imposed on Russia by the UK. I think the EU may lift sanctions in return for a role in Syria, but it won't affect the UK as we are leaving the EU. Not sure where it leaves GPX. This may get to 22p and then may fall back. A nice rise, but for LTH not enough. The head of MI6 comments today don't bode well for Syria or Russia.
