Block Listing Application
Gulf Keystone announces that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority for a block listing of 2,700,000 common shares of $1.00 each (the "Common Shares") in the Company to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities ("Admission").
The new Common Shares will be issued from time to time, pursuant to the Company's existing general authority to issue shares on a non pre-emptive basis, to satisfy the issue of shares pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's 2016 Value Creation Plan ("VCP") and Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").
It is expected that Admission of the new common shares will become effective on or around 6(th) April 2022. The shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Common Shares of the Company.
