Isn't it odd that Baghdad/SOMO requests to see all the details of the various PSC's haven't been complied with. How can anyone be expected to end this impasse when there is an obvious lack of transparency? No transparency, no trust going forward, which will mean the problems of the past 15 years will continue. Not the way to encourage inward investment, innit:-)

Nothing much new. They don't fully understand the deal yet, although the $16 mentioned is a government to government arrangement, they are not sure how that will translate into an uplift arrangement for the IOC's. Looking like there is some intent to resolve the problem now but again no specific details.
