APIKUR is solid in my view.... at this moment there is no need for litigation

Negotiation is real imo - do you want to annoy people?

The KRG, by recognizing and appearing to work with the trade association APIKUR, have done themselves no favours; Iraq will have its sovereignty over the whole country - of which the Kurdish region is part.
That sovereignty does not include bargaining with contractor groups that believe they have the state's official and responsible marketing authority "over a barrel".
The APIKUR association now has a choice - accept emasculation and dissolve / disappear, or try to force the issue in the international courts.
Forcing the issue presumes a certain level of support from the KRG but, as the last Baghdad meeting showed, that support can no longer be taken for granted.
Crunch time for Kurdish contractors is approaching fast.

I bet Goldman Sachs are regretting not reading bigdogs posts before buying 3.39% of GKP.

Can someone please forward the posts to them so they can start to sell all their holding.

Epicure are a side show, ineffective and have achieved nothing.

Queen lemming sarah is spinning the gullible fantasists a right old load.

You'll see in the fullness of time.

I note that the buybacks have again been sold into as predicted.

Company still in conversations are they.

Who is the next one up for the begging?

Muttley, you crow that you are not on the other side of the Pond, so one has to speculate as to why you are 'late' onto this UK based 'bulletin board'.
It can be speculated that you are either working at a finance house and await your daily orders before posting from 11:00 London tine onwards or you are on the night shift (like me) and have a sleep in every morning.
And I hate myself for even bothering to reply. Apologies to the normal people on here.

Paul, LSE have very clear guidelines about Creative Writing submissions, the plot must be credible.

Taking a few facts and then weaving them into a convoluted story through some very tangled thinking just won’t wor, your plot just doesn’t hang together.

After all these years of practising on here I am surprised you came up with that idea to try over there.

You seem to forget that details of your personal Twitter account and some very telling tweets were posted on here. If this was one of your attempts to meet your goal of creating believable rumours, it falls well short.

"Epicure are a side show, ineffective and have achieved nothing."

Are you sure about that Sarah:-

Kurdish lawmaker Soran Omar 5 days ago - "In an interview with Zoom News, Omar claimed that foreign firms are exerting control over the Region's oil,"

It's APIKUR that are keeping the pipeline shut, they're in no hurry and why would they be, GKP will be content to make $100 million a year profit paid upfront direct into the UK account and watch the clock tick down to next September while the politicians sort themselves out.

Meanwhile those of us who actually own shares can look forward to more dividends with the next one probably being announced at the HYR a couple of months from now.

So what's the problem.
