Brent $93.31

I took the message from the interview published today that there is a degree of sacrafice to be made and timescales might be longer with a few parties in the mix but Biden is in the wider region and the combination of the low US oil reserves and bid to counter inflation will force a deal through.... I said a month or two back that I forecast December for this... I am an investor not a ramper....

At the same time... a $3m buy from Genel directors.... I have my banking qualifications... they must have some very solid legal advice about insider dealing or have balls of steel.

It's not specific to us; it's across the LSE due to an "incident". Whatever that means.

My experiences of takeovers recently has not been good. Companies suffering from lockdown or any force majeur with low sps are liable to a low ball offer. So if they came in for GKP at 20% above sp, how gutted would we be! These things happen. Did I hear we have a form of poison pill in place to deny a cheeky bid?

Yes, I agree, probably south jetty.
The Kanaris has been anchored some 250 miles to the west of ceyhan, for almost a day, so if arriving tomorrow she should be on the move soon.
Can one assume the reason for some of these tankers to wait outside the ceyhan enclave is to not pay a sort of harbour fee?

Pretty sure Kanaris 21 and Kmarin Rigour will both be destined for the south jetty.

Think Kmarin due before Kanaris and has destination TR BOT?? but personally I doubt there is anything significant in the Ceyan/Botas debate.

Yes Sniff, it's all over already and he knows it, just like Genel know it too.

I like they way Jon Harris blatantly lies about GKP possibly being interested in buying other oil assets in the future.... he knows it's GKP that's getting taken over.

Think he simply mispoke, meant to say after prioritising the development of Shaikan, could look at possibilities outside of KURDISTAN. Easy mistake to make.
