Why was that court's ruling taken as gospel? Their fine recommendation in the grand scheme of things means nothing.
The KRG and Turkey should have just ignored it and kept on pumping.

I have heard from a Turkish contact that an "Octopus's Garden" has sprung up under the KRG Pier during the period of inactivity... So some good has become of the hiatus?
The next vessel to load IMO will be the MT Starship.
If it does, then "Nothings gonna stop us now.."

well spotted, nevertheless not a tanker as you correctly say. This vessel is at a slightly different pier in the region. The KRG Pier that is on our radar watch is slightly south and west of where AP Argosy is at...

AP Argosy is moored at the Ceyhan terminal. It's classed as a bulk carrier. Not sure if a tanker would have that class. Tanker Ted?
