So how much can we expect at Takeover?

Minimum 12 quid
Probably 25-45 quid
Possibly 75 quid +

Other holders views?

And what adds to that wave are the GKP PIs continually following the lead of the huge institutions that are buying & holding GKP shares to takeover.

Through reinvesting our dividends with a big smile on our faces & compounding our investment growth towards a fair final GKP takeover price 💪

The windbags are constantly failing in an attempt to hold the GKP positivity back.

They are now minute in number & are being washed away as the power& strength of the GKP wave grows 🌊 👍

Allied to my two earlier posts, the recovering oil barrel price as COVID19 has subsided, together with the impact of Russia invading Ukraine & tighter supply has driven that barrel price to further heights & given the GKP share price real traction.

And the GKP board the opportunity to pay huge dividends back to small PIs 💪

Ask yourself a question. Have pointless windbags like Bigdog5; Kurdman63 & Broadford Bay who profess to know more than the board of GKP had any GKP momentum impact POST the oil barrel price plummet as COVID19 hit home?

None whatsoever 👍

Is anyone having the same problem with Hargreaves Lansdowne?mcleani, Posts: 6, Price: 27.40, No Opinioni3e, RE: DRIP, Fri 21:33i would stay away from HL as athtough they re invest for you the big downside is they dont do bed and isa(where broker sells rhen buys back for isa almost immediatly). i am in the current position of having to sell my I3 shares wait 2 full days after day of trade before i can transfer the funds to my isa and buy back in- i sold thursday and today as thought splitting would help ( it didnt) so cant buy back in till tuesday and wedensday - so i find myelf for the first time being unhappy that my favourite share is going up. i reckon i will easily loose out on 10% or more by wed am, not a nice position to be in.Gl all

They merely trade merely hot air & p1ss over there & their influence on GKP momentum is zero 📈

The institutions buying & holding GKP to takeover created upward momentum 👍

And GKP paying huge dividends adds to it 💪

They plus THEORYMAN and straycat try to dominate the board to ensure NO reference to huge reserves , ev/2p.price mismatch, or takeover , is prominent. There is some on the inside LSE mate of cusick? who bans and terminates accounts, from known DNS.That's why I can't post:)You should all open accounts there and fight them off the screen LOL

From Goldmans ....

"There is “absolutely221; a supply problem in the oil sector right now, Jeff Currie, global head of commodities at Goldman Sachs, told Bloomberg earlier this week"

Just what we need to hear.

Buffett and his partner, Charlie Munger, argue that stock buybacks can be hugely beneficial to shareholders in the right circumstances."Charlie and I favor repurchases when two conditions are met: First, a company has ample funds to take care of the operational and liquidity needs of its business; second, its stock is selling at a material discount to the company's intrinsic business value, conservatively calculated," Buffett said in his 2011 letter to shareholders. The first condition rules out a company with more pressing needs from irresponsibly spending its cash on buying back its shares. The second condition simply means that shares are trading at a reasonable price, and therefore offer an attractive entry point for the stock purchases."Disciplined repurchases are the surest way to use funds intelligently: It's hard to go wrong when you're buying dollar bills for 80¢ or less," Buffett said in his 2012 letter.Slashing the share count also boosts each shareholder's stake in the business. Buffett used Apple, Berkshire's biggest holding, as an example at the conglomerate's annual meeting in 2018.
