If I am correct, because GKP is listed on LSE it must remain listed for 3 weeks after the EGM.
Before which date must the takeover happen that would avoid publication of GKP annual report for 2020?

Where is the proof that the billions of barrels that Kozel bragged about and paid himself on exist?

13 wells drilled in 11 years and production is 44k a day. 2P reserves of 575 that were announced a few months back have now fallen to 505m. 70m fall in a few months. So where have they gone if everything is great. Reinterpretation of new data that's been gained since the wipeout have proved the data from years ago is wrong and no longer relevant. S12/S13 not going to produce from target depths but much further up the well. ESP's that were going in to all the wells haven't. Join the clues up suckers.

As more wells are drilled reserves should have been increasing. 13 wells and they've either not altered or as of last week are much lower.

After 11 years and several more wells if any of the Kozel BS barrels existed the company would have been continuing to brag about, been showing numbers in their many presentations, just like Kozel and his mates did daily. Read and weep you clueless suckers.

Oil Minister Ihsan Abdul-Jabbar stressed the importance of expediting the passage of the federal oil and gas law, and its importance in regulating the management of oil and gas wealth in Iraq.

Ismail said in a statement seen by "Al-Iqtisad News", "The meeting of the Opinion Committee at the Ministry of Oil, which was held on Wednesday February 24, 2021, included discussion and review of the final version of the Federal Oil and Gas Law," stressing that this copy will be referred to the Council of Ministers for approval. .

He explained that "after completing its review by the concerned authorities in the ministry, the Council of Ministers will review this copy, and in turn refer it to the House of Representatives in order to enact this law."

The Minister of Oil indicated, "the ministry's keenness to pass a law that contributes to the development of the oil and gas industry, and the optimal investment of the national wealth in Iraq in order to support the national economy."

It is noteworthy that the Iraqi Council of Ministers directed, last year, to expedite the completion of the oil and gas bill.

Your idiot sidekick has told us that the Butmah has been abandoned due to water in Sh-12 and that is why they've moved production up the well to the SAM.

What's relevant is that you have confirmed that there is no proof that the OWC is higher than expected.

All you have "is the opinion of some", opinions that are shared by neither GKP nor ERC Equipoise.

As confirmed by the CPR update where there was nothing whatsoever to suggest a downgrade in reserves due to the OWC being higher than expected.

That's fine Tony, proof is all we're asking for.

If the company were to tell us in an RNS that the Butmah is flooded then that information is then official and we'll then know that it's true and we can then factor it into our deliberations, it is what it is.

But two anonymous individuals like you and Sarah just ranting about it on a blog telling us that the Butmah is flooded while repeatedly refusing to provide a shred of evidence to support it is not in any way shape or form something that any sensible person is going to believe just because you or Sarah said it now is it Tony.

You wouldn't stand up in a court and say "I can't prove a word of what I say but he done it m'lud" and expect the judge to believe you and say "ok we'll string him up then" now would you.

We're quite prepared to believe anything that you and Sarah say Tony.

ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS PROVE IT.

If you can't prove it and we can't believe you then there's no point in saying it is there, and that's your fault not ours.

So all we can do is wait for the RNS.

So another take over date is announced. See they don't say which Easter lol. It's nonsense - multiple "it's going to be be bought out" have come and gone and naff all has happened. I'm losing count - now over 435days since "they" said it was imminent. Others say it's much long than that. Either way it ain't happening anytime soon
