No you wrong OAP.The MNR want their cash from the GKP equity they hold....before any HCL that Baghdad could then take.I expect several RNS ,and hopefully PW have generated a competitive "tension"

Can't agree with you there, Jack. If you're right about a t/o and PW have forced out top dollar price then the buyer/s will want absolute certainty which includes o&g law imo. We'll see how things play out. :)

Yes Nest, we are all wiser after the event, it has been a long and tortures road with many twists and turns but I think we are closer to a resolution now than ever, and wish all the genuine long term posters the prize they deserve.
