Broadford - "SC might well have expressed his evaluation of the situation as it appeared to him at the time, but that it appears that all of that has changed.
The company will install an additional 8ft x 30ft 3-phase OWG Separator which they feel is necessary to deal with the produced water."

So they're installing extra separation equipment including a new 3-tier separator because it APPEARS to you that everything has changed then Broadford, and that it's all because they need to deal with produced water.

WTF does APPEARS to have changed mean, what exactly in your opinion APPEARS to have changed.

Here's what all that separation equipment is for Broadford, it's been pointed out many times in RNSs, in Presentations and on this board, and IT'S NOT because they're concerned as you infer about produced water.

IT'S TO HANDLE THE INCREASED PRODUCTION AND TO MAKE THE WELLS EASIER TO CLEAN UP.

Stuart Catterall March 2019, - "In addition to the changes to the Production Facilities to take them to 55kbpd capacity we're adding more capability to clean up wells where we have lost drilling fluids during the drilling of those wells. Because of the fractured nature of the reservoir it's often the case that when you're drilling you lose drilling fluids into the fractures and sometimes when you put those wells into production you can have those fluids coming back into the production system and they can be difficult to handle, we've had that problem in the past where we get problems with our heaters and what we want to do is have the capability to clean up those wells if we have to."

Sept 2019, - "The workover campaign to install electrical submersible pumps ("ESPs") in existing wells has been moved into 2020 to coincide with the availability of new permanent facilities being installed as part of the 55,000 bopd expansion programme. These facilities will allow the wells to be cleaned-up more effectively when the ESPs are installed."

April 2020, - "Installation of additional 3-phase separators and heaters"
"The remaining debottlenecking activities, including installation of the pumps, coolers and separation vessels were mostly completed in early 2020, however some remaining work and commissioning was outstanding at the time that we had to suspend construction as a precaution for COVID-19.

Mubasher: The financial advisor to the Iraqi prime minister, Mazhar Muhammad Salih, predicted today, Tuesday, that oil prices will rise to $ 65, indicating that this rise will transform the 2021 budget deficit from an actual one into a hypothetical deficit .

Saleh said, according to the Iraqi News Agency (INA): The strategic analysis centers in the world expected oil to reach levels similar to average crude prices in 2019, at $ 65 or more per barrel.

Saleh added that these possibilities came as a result of the return of global economic activity and improvement in economic growth rates, especially the activity of the strong economic machinery of the group of countries with emerging markets that reap about 40% of the growth in the world, including China, India, Korea and others.

He pointed out that the development of the degree of openness in the global economy maximizes the sustainable demand for crude oil in the energy market, especially for transport purposes, which constitutes 70% of the global demand for oil products.

The financial advisor to the prime minister pointed out that the rise in oil will transform the planned deficit in the draft budget of 2021 from an actual deficit into a hypothetical deficit, which could be financed from oil rents and price escalation.

Saleh explained that if the optimistic price expectations are achieved in the crude oil markets, the return of which constitutes 92% of the general budget revenues in Iraq, the financing of the deficit will change from borrowing to the availability of automatic financing from the oil financial buffer of Iraq, which means a reduction in the actual deficit or fading, it becomes a virtual phenomenon rather than a real phenomenon.

And Abizaid: "Everything is possible in the world of economics, and that visibility in the global economy will reach its extent at the end of the first quarter of 2021."
