TBH nothing would surprise me about either the KRG or GKP. So dont confuse the past with the future and dont believe all this BS about "peak oil". its just wishful thinking.

No politician is going to put up taxes by 30% to pay for windturbines or solar arrays in the current COVID climate just because little schoolgirl Greta is endlessly whingeing about climate change ( while taking "expenses" from large corporations who are her sponsors ), which is probably why China and India are still commissioning 1 coal fired power station a week and building a million petrol powered cars a year.
