Shafaq News /Deputy Prime Minister Qubad Talabani will head a high-ranking delegation to Baghdad tomorrow, Wednesday, aiming to reaching an agreement of the region's financial dues in the 2021 federal budget. A spokesman for the Kurdish Deputy Prime Minister announced, on Tuesday.

The region’s oil exports have long been a source of contention with Baghdad. The Kurds, who control Iraq’s only northern pipeline, had been exporting oil independently since 2013. Exports from Kirkuk were restarted in 2018, after a year-long freeze amid post-referendum disputes. Exports from smaller oilfields under the regional government’s control continued.

The governments of Iraq and Kurdistan have reached an agreement on Erbil’s contribution to the 2020 federal budget.

The deal includes a transfer of 250,000 barrels per day (bpd) from the oil-producing region to Iraq’s national budget in exchange of securing the financial dues of the region.

However, Kurdistan said that the federal government did not keep their promise of sending the all financial duties to the region.

But I would rather read +ve repetative posts than the never ending scaremongering drivel from the 3 resident city clowns on here ( who also post on LSE BTW ) No one ever moans about all the blatent scaremongering nonsense posted over there , even tho its obviously coordinated every time a +ve post appears.

However if you dont want to read them - use the filter. Thats what its for.

Probably because he was drowning out the board with his repetitive posts. As he does here. There were many saying that they were going to report him. I've no problem, myself, with Uber rampers but it gets on my t1ts when it is on such a monotonous loop.

This is No 30 ( approx ) of notouts bolted on TO theories , do not hold your breath .

MOCs do not rush, they do not freak out their major blue chip holders like Pension funds , it is done in an orderly methodical way . This will involve HCl and budget payments to be normalised. If it is the Chinese then maybe different but I doubt it is the Chinese.
