A point these trolls never seem to have grasped.Deal done with KRG/ICG and pushed through by the Yanks. Who do not want to see Putin or the Chinese embedded in Kurdistan. Quite simply - do a deal or no financial assistance. No way Iraq/Kurdistan would get the $100 billion they need long term from either Putin or the Iranians( whose economy is in freefall after sanctions).Constant co-ordinated attacks on all +ve posters , both here and on LSE , should tell you all you need to know.All you need is patience.IMO

Why waste time when you can push for 110Kbbls a day in 2-3 years ?IMO

I see the bonds (quoted on Oslo Exchange) last traded at 94.25 on 22nd June.

Now yielding 16.7%

Next coupon date is 25th July

ERBIL (Kurdistan 24) – An elite Iraqi unit raided a headquarters of an Iran-aligned militia of the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) in southern Baghdad late Thursday and arrested a number of its fighters, according to multiple sources and media organizations.

Various sources have given conflicting statements regarding how many fighters from the militia, Kata’ib Hizbollah, were detained and which forces now have custody of them.

The raid, carried out by Iraq’s Counter Terrorism Service (CTS), comes after a recent spike in rocket attacks widely blamed on PMF militias that have targeted diplomatic missions, military bases housing foreign personnel, and Baghdad International Airport.
