In regards to the above post I have had some concerns myself for sometime. Why would a day trader promote a strong hold on a stock that has such large swings due to the oil price ?

If you take the last 12 months for example how much could you of made from trading it ?

I've learned to step away from people that use terminology such as "Long and strong" and "Never sold a one"

Iraqi Leaders Attend Kurdistan Presidential Inauguration, Call for Continued Dialogue

ERBIL — Several Iraqi leaders attended the inauguration ceremony of the new president of Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani, in Erbil, calling for continued talks between Kurdistan Region and Iraq so to address the remaining disputes.

Iraqi President Barham Salih delivered a speech during which he encouraged Barzani to play an active role in strengthening the relations between Erbil and Baghdad.

He also valued the role of Masoud Barzani, the former president of Kurdistan Region. “Leaders are not valued based on their official posts. The role of Mr. Masoud [Barzani] in the future remains crucial,” Salih said.

A representative of the Iraqi Prime Minster, Adil Abdul-Mahdi, delivered his speech during the ceremony, saying that his cabinet is committed to partnership with Erbil so to serve the people of Kurdistan and Iraq.

Ammar al-Hakim, the leader of Hikma Movement, also congratulated the new president and said during his official speech that the ceremony in attendance of Kurdish and Iraqi leaders shows “a perfect picture” of Iraq with its different components.

“The people of Iraq are awaiting our efforts, which ultimately impacts their daily life. Whenever we distance from the principles of dialogue, we automatically endanger the lives of the people of Iraq,” Hakim said.

Barzani sworn in as head of Iraq’s Kurdish region

ERBIL

Former Kurdish Prime Minister Nechirvan Barzani was sworn in Monday as president of northern Iraq’s Kurdish region.

The swearing-in ceremony in Erbil saw a high-profile participation of officials from Iraq, including President Barham Salih and Parliament Speaker Mohammad al-Halbousi, and several foreign delegates.

Barzani, the candidate of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP), was elected president by the regional parliament last month.

The region's presidency remained vacant since November 2017, when the mandate of then President Masoud Barzani (Nechirvan’s uncle) -- who had been in office since 2005 -- expired.

In the two years since, executive power was shared by the prime minister and parliamentary speaker.
