McFly...seems like production updates are given every “quarter”;:

- 11 March 2019 operational update
- 16 Jan 2019 operational update
- 10 Sept 2018 half year report
- 22 June 2018 operational update

...and so on & so on 🙇

I suspect you'll remain a watcher, Atino, but what does it matter if you can keep repeating your trading feats - well done.

BTW...(I’m not trading today - taking a breather!)...but that Gasolin-A stock...is on the move up again !! 💭💭💭 (...with a 3 hr oscillator push!)

Also...at what price did Blackrock buy in (...when they crossed over 5%) ???...[must have been somewhere in the £2.50’ mark]

... if we fall to that level again (for my entry) - I WILL BUY THIS - close watch 👀

...here at last & just before month-end 🙂

So proportional “to scale” wise :

- GKP made $11.5mil (in one month), and by comparison...

- Atino made $14k in 4 days !

if only...Atino could write up his own RNS’s 😂 🤦‍a94;️ LOL

As we had 2 days closed due to Easter, perhaps the bod will extend the period until the 29/4. It implies that price on Monday should be even higher.

From the payment amount, it would appear that the Jan output was down to about 25Mbopd.
As Jan Brent was $59.41/bbl, I believe that export pipeline shutdown(s) within TR could be the cause of this figure being so low.
Feb revenues should be back up to ca $13.0M and Mar back up to ca $16.0M.

Sorry to tell you, bravedog, but $11.4m is not going to take the share price to $15+ by the end of today. Either much bigger news spills out or the options are toast. They have to put up with all the free shares announced last year.

That's quite a simplistic post BJ. I don't own the offices I work out of but it still doesn't stop me earning 100 grand plus a year running my business. I guess it's all about how many $ per barrel you are making profit and at 110k bopd I'd say quite a hefty amount. Still I've sat on my 6500 shares for 18 months now. Another couple of years won't matter.

Why are “people” posting regards the sale of GKP, and the imminent within a fews days?

My educated guess tells me, GKP, the company which a few are now invested in, i.e. Pi’s, which has been posted here, are not going to be sold!

Why?
Number one: GKP own nothing

Number Two: TK didn’t even have the ball£ to purchase the land!

Number Three: as a buyer, what would I be buying? The company or the Field? The field is not theirs. It is the KRGs.

Nice to see the so called investment powerhouses of the world buying, however, sorry guys, it is rinse and repeat time!

(You know McFly)...TBH buddy...(stats wise!)...I’m actually at a SORE SPOT 🤕 with this GKP 💭💭

Reason being (looking back in hindsight 💭💭)...cos I actually took a little bit of red HIT on this (...just a couple of hundred) as I was finding my feet 🦶 a few weeks back 💭💭💭

It kinda like...tarnishes the record (amongst the sea of “blue”)...and makes the challenge even harder 🙇 (...if you know what I mean😉)

We will look how the « actual hurdle market cap* » has changed since 2016, because no options are awarded if the 30 days average is below it. It is the highest of the « market capitalisation achieved »; and the « highest market capitalisation at any previous date when nil cost options were banked » for each of the past years.

2016: The « market capitalisation achieved »; was 361.5 mio $ because we had a base of 350 mio$ and 920000 options awarded implying an over performance of 11.5mio $.
The « highest market capitalisation » in 2016 was 436 mio $ 150 p (=1.899$) on 14/12/2016.
The « actual hurdle market cap* » became 436 mio $ for the next year.

2017: The minimum hurdle market cap was 350*1.08=378 mio$.
The « actual hurdle market cap* » remained at 436 mio $ for the next year.
No options were awarded.

2018: The minimum hurdle market cap was 378*1.08 = 408 mio$.
The « market capitalisation achieved »; in 2018 was 538,24 mio $ for the options awarded in 2018.
The « highest market capitalisation » in 2018 was 906 mio $ (3,949$ or 303,5 p on August 28 2018).
Then the « actual hurdle market cap* » became 906 mio $ for the next year.

2019: The minimum hurdle market cap was 408*1.08=441 mio$.
Then the « actual hurdle market cap* » is 906 mio $ for this year as options were banked in 2018.

The average price from 29/3 to 25/4 is 3.316$ or 254,16p.
Tomorrow the price must be above 15.4$ for the managers to get their options.

Expect big announcements tomorrow (reserves, new FDP, 2nd amendment, news from Rosneft about the pipeline and explanations about the Chinese studies) to have such an increase in market cap.
Don’t sell as trend followers will invest, analysts issue buy recommendations, the CEO start roadshows and M&A start. But the buyer will be GKP !
