Yes, it's quite possible that they might be doing that.

I track all payments and monthly outputs (as far as I am able), and the correlation between the 80% variable and the Net payments is remarkably close - it's not exact, but close. I looked too at the possibility they might be adding either a Fixed Amount, or a Fixed Percentage, but neither remain constant.

In reaching my calculated revenues I use my own constants for the 2 x pipeline fees - both ITL and KAR (SH-FK).
