 Takeover?Happy_Hatter, to answer your question, he's a PI who quite frankly this share has made emotionally and mentally unstable. Its tested us all to varying degrees over the years, but Paul it tipped over the edge. I can only think that he is unemployed as he is on boards and social media almost 24/7 ramping predicting imminent TO as he has been now for 8 years or more.

Privateinvestor, its obvious that not many here understand numbers. Also, they can't see why there's a restructure taking place now. Unless there's late interest from a FI/TO there's only one outcome. Massive dilution.

I believe it only fair that some classics get re posted. I took the opposite view and 30 months later time has proved me correct. The poster also maintained that there was no requirement for the restructure and that it wouldn't happen.

1712notout: JF can get to 55,000 bopd very easily. 80,000 to 100,000 bopd is also straightforward IMO. Sort out the bonds, introduce a revised management structure, cut costs, introduce professional IR and PR, restore stakeholder confidence, implement the Operational Plan, connect Shaikan up to the new KRG 36-inch feeder pipeline to KPS2, and BOB* is all systems go.

If Gkp have access to new money
The bondholders have little power
If Gkp haven't entered negotiations
with new money they are nuts

And catastrophic dilution is in the price

therectifier, thanks for updating us all on the woes of the former CEO. Having "lost" his condo I'm wondering whether certain authorities will provide him with another residence that many people believe he richly deserves.
