Not sure what the problem should be with the OO shares
All Crest accounts are credited electronically

The problem is probably lies within the pi nominee account holder. They get credited with a bunch of shares and they have to allocate these over the individual pi accounts
They need to understand how the excess has been allocated in order to do this
