I hope that you are right My figures are £15 -30 / 40 per share but those recent large US purcheses are worth noting. They were on home ground and security matters which is why I am hopeful for PANR

With no debt, and most probably ~$8mill profit per month profit it is hardly survival mode. However in the current situation which they don't know how long will last it is also not the time to be doling out dividends or doing buybacks... Just sit, hold on, and see what transpires...

Personally I think they should be looking to grease a few grubby hands to get a deal struck quicker.. this has gone on long enough.. It is possible this is what the people holding up the process are after.

IMO it explains the constant crush down on the share price
Be interesting to see if there are no afters again tonight.
First 3 days this week no after hrs trades - just one yesterday of 400 quid.
.
Some entity(s)IMO have been buying in mkt - then bundling up and transferring after hrs for ages......that has stopped completely this week.

We have north of 90m dollars in the bank and growing that 6/7m a month.No new capex spending is coming from an independent GKP .So they really should be buying their own stock, but they can't do that in market if they are in firm sale implementation agreement TBA.Against UK takeover code, "frustrating action".However using a proxy(s) , and actioning a year or more ago , is legal, and they changed bye laws to allow this WITHOUT informing the market.That meant they could buy a lot cheaper than if mkt could see them directly buying.I think they should have been buying , I am confident they have.Soon find out.

Even so he had no time frame and we have had heard it so many times from so many. There is no real sense of progress or wanting to agree so my earlier description of this as "limbo" still holds good.
