At some point the scarecrow procrastinater and all the others in the "green" world are imo gonna be hit hard by oil supply companies.Could be the start sooner rather than later.Again my opinion. But we will see north of 80$ soon

Just read a book about someone's life in the Rajneesh community , they sold their houses and poured it all into the commune, a hell of a trip, a bit like here really. They nearly went nuts too, there were embezzlers too! so many parallels PMSl.

Still it passes the time, people look for riches in all sorts of ways . The wisdom they gleamed from all that heart searching was that you 'need to become someone who can save yourself from yourself' . Since no one else can be bothered to do it for you or knows how to ,maybe that is common sense ? Take that to the bank.

Iraq's North Oil Company (NOC) has signed a Heads of Agreement (Memorandum of Understanding) with two energy companies to build a 70,000-barrels-per-day oil refinery in Qayara (Qayyarah).

The facility, Nineveh province, is to be built by Sweden's SEAB and Turkey's Limak.

No information was given regarding the size of the investment or the proposed schedule.

Petrel Resources has said that "Iraq remains the biggest commercial opportunity in petroleum today."

In the company's Interim Statement to the markets on Wednesday, Chairman David Horgan added:

"The geology is unsurpassed. The oil market is sharply recovering. But contracts must be updated for effective exploration and development."

"The focus is once again Iraq."

The company claims to have an interest in Iraq's Block 6 in the Western Desert, subject to ratification.
