04/9/2021 14:51 | $100m dividend a year ++LOLOLOLOL. If they had any intention of staying independent operator to 110k and beyond they would use this huge FCF to fund a bond issue instead ....that would raise all the cash they would need to grow. Debt investors would be falling over themselves to finance a company with such a strong covenant. But they paying it OUT instead!!!!! TAKEOVER friendly or otherwise now INEVITABLE . Hostile competition looking far more LIKELY than previous.. FDP submission coming this Q4 will have new OPERATORS NAME on it. | sinopec_gkp_new_owners
04/9/2021 14:50 | What people don't seem to understand is that the Co is entirely capable of doing the expansion in cash terms, as the bond market would finance it NOW.It borrowed 575m bucks with fresh air revenues.... Lol.It never has however. It is the most deleveraged E AND P LISTED (meaning it should and could borrow stacks more cash to fund organic growth )Its 55k project is over. The new owners will finance the next FDP.Their man Jaap has been developing that plan for them.Imo.Q4 its over. | sinopec_gkp_new_owners
04/9/2021 13:50 | Broadford, the rampers don't take any of that into consideration. They also ignore the penal PSC, the water, the lack of pressure, or any of the clues on why its struggling to reach 55k a day after 12 years. They also ignore the fact that their "experts" still don't have a clue on the field as evidenced by S9/S12. They also think the latest CPR is "hiding" oil or that it doesn't need to represent the facts. My thanks to flying horse for a good laugh as regards the threats to the hosts and that he thinks a Major is in the wings that will pay a ludicrous number. Another moron thats smoking illegal baccy. | ![]() bigdog5
04/9/2021 13:32 | Excellent but you will wish you had when you get creamed again. I'm so looking forward to all the rampers whines grizzles accusations and excuses:-) Just managing the absurd ramping and expectations with facts and common sense. You're welcome. | ![]() bigdog5
04/9/2021 13:26 | Good afternoon bigdog, don't forget the Triassic GOR...more than 6 times that of the Butmah. Butmah ca 413 scf/stb, Kurre Chine B ca 2,650 scf/stb. LOTS of sour gas there to deal with. VERY sour gas too: Solution gas non-HC content ca 20% from the Butmah, but 28% from the KC-B. HIGH pressure formation too: ca 2,300psia from the Butmah, ca 4,500psia from the KC-B and over 6,000psia from the KC-C. Still, its all "cheap and easy to deal with" according to the "industry experts" posting here. As you say, facts not BS. | ![]() broadford bay
04/9/2021 12:42 | I dont agree with the FDP theory. It could be MOL sitting on it. I think its to push some sort of Corporate action. If it was intended to pay for increased production they would not be giving it back to shareholders. So that obviously is NOT the plan. IMO | ![]() highlander7

04/9/2021 12:36 | FlyingHorse1 Posts: 2,547 Price: 183.40 No Opinion RE: Gkp and KRG working partnersToday 08:24 There is a clear political message associated with paying 100m in divis. Mr MNR we have enough cash to develop field but you can’t be bothered to sign the FDP. Legally we can’t hold the cash forever. So, because you can’t pull your finger out we will give excess cash back to shareholders. Also, we will be at 55kbpd soon and you will pay 30m a month. We might just return 30m a month to shareholders going forwards as we have enough cash and can borrow more. Oh and if you want to press the accelerator button and spend 500m on FDP then we have this major over here that will buy is out for 5bln+. Hope you are fine with all this and it’s a shame you haven’t pushed for 110bpd in last 5 years. You can always buy more shares as we reckon they will be over £5 soon. Cheers JH. | ![]() beernut

04/9/2021 12:18 | A lot of talk on Lse saying the next Divi is a push to the Krg to get the Fdp sorted or the excess cash will not be spent on future developments but paid back to shareholders. “ In basic terms” Gla | ![]() beernut
04/9/2021 11:57 | "With continuing strong oil prices and cash flow generation, there may be opportunities to consider further distributions to shareholders and to optimise the capital structure" = imo equity concentration = imo pre planned via proxy leveraged recapitalisation, which any hostile bidder won't like at all, however which if the deal is done and its friendly (most likely) then that will concentrate LTH profits even higher on sale.
