As usual Bigdog your thought processes and rationale are completely incomprehensible.

WTF has Jon Ferrier rocking up got to do with it.

Why would two of the world's leading oil field auditors decide that their analysis of the data was wrong just because Jon Ferrier had "rocked up."

GKP aren't going to keep repeating themselves just because you're as thick as two short planks Bigdog.

The rest of us don't need constant reassurance and Jon Ferrier isn't going to keep repeating the same information for your benefit otherwise the RNSs would be yards long.

When they generate an RNS ompanies work on the assumption that their shareholders have an average IQ level Bigdog and can retain basic information.

As we here all know though, you're thick.

There have been many corporate clues, most people wouldn't understand as it's not straightforward, and it's complex. However the KEY clue that a sale is completing was the fact that Treasury stock was cancelled a few weeks ago.Holding that stock for 8 months allowed the friendly deal to be protected from hostile intervention.The fact that they could then and did cancel means a friendly deal done,that hostile protection no longer needed, + the number of shares held by the buyer + irrevocable undertakings to vote with him are agreed.So it will be executed by an amalgamation, that is the norm when acquiring Bermuda reg businesses.The amalgamation requires an SGM to be called to vote through the sale.2 weeks notice minimum.GKP financial year end 31Dec and the lawyers and accountants will want this neatly to be registered by then.Hence 17th is the last day for that notice to be provided.If I am wrong , I won't post here again

LololThe reason to repeat the POSITIVE message is because as you can see the sentiment attackers(BIGDOG THE MOST OBVIOUS) are orchestrated and unrelenting in their quest to keep retail excitement crushed.The market is offering £20 possibly £50 notes for less than a quid, PRE IMMINENT TAKEOVER hence no wonder persuading retail NOT to take that opportunity, leaves more to more powerful actors.

sarahgibbs, the guy you mentioned and whatever amount of shares he holds doesn't prove anything simply because they could have many reasons for currently holding.

Opposed to that why did the company's chief supporter over the years dump? Why did all the Far East lot dump? Why have other Insti's that were supporters of the company dump?
