I assume that highlander is pointing at production is less than 5 years ago, hundred's of staff have been "let go", the CEO is following the CFO out the door, they failed finding the gas cap which means the flaring will continue to annoy the hosts, $millions has been wasted on the buyback of shares and the 55k a day has failed just like the 40k did and has gone even further backwards.

And there we have it innit.
