Astaris, when it issued its TR 1 to go over 15%,that merged the fund and the owners personal holding, so I reckon, a lump of that already held.Around 8m plus come out of market over 2 mths probably 1m a week or so. A better question would be where did the 19m in Treasury come from? Was almost exactly Capital prior holding :::::)))) All long since pre agreed

As Sale RNS nears top 4 shareholders have added :Astaris Capital 34,669,058 an increase of 5.5m in past 8 weeks! Lansdowne Partners. 32,544,316 up by 3m same period! Hof Hoorneman 17,839,450 up by 2.5m UBS Group 10,013,636 up by over 600kNext 4 added over 1.5m....too.

Agree Thick TonyI expect news of Sale at or soon after AGM, once they have formal approval voted through for the updated share option vesting and adjustment conditions, after the sale by amalgamation, in the LTIP AGM Resolution.

Yes any staff leaving on good terms will retain their option awards under LTIP plan rules.The former CFO has kept his.
I'm short DJIA again this week. Hopefully that trade proves as good as last week, any profits going in here as last.
Think any sale announcement sometime after this Fridays meet I think.

BAGHDAD: Iraq will export an average of 2.8 barrels per day (bpd) of oil in June, its newly appointed oil minister said in an interview with Iraq's Sharqiya TV, adding that it was in the country's interests to comply with an OPEC+ deal to cut production.
Ihsan Abdul Jabbar Ismail also said his ministry had requested Kurdish authorities in northern Iraq to export a maximum of 370,000 bpd as of June to help Iraq abide by the OPEC+ quota.
