If the KRG do not comply with the terms of the PSC, I would guess the bondholders will not be so slow to go to arbitration as the useless BOD was.

Plus, if GKP are not going to get paid I assume that means Genel and others will not get paid either.

Is that a good way for the KRG to entice the large foreign investment which will be required to restore Kurdistan's economy?
