Well done to the sleuths who helped Holly get this greedy pig the press he deserves , you know who you are. Many thanks, I think we might be getting a rebate from NZ.

Let's be clear here
Only the former Bondholders will decide who/ how much
The BOD are straw men and will be bypassed at the crucial point

This is right so why did the major shareholders vote through a massive remuneration package , the BOD are superfluous .

Shai con worth £5b? It was once before the MNR took over but not now.

As phillis states the BoD make none of the decisions. As you've seen they've arranged their exit bonuses and you might want to consider that they're only still in place as the conduit between the ex bond holders and the MNR. They're at the trough though so they don't mind.

Its very unlikely they (ex bh's) want to remain holding equity knowing that they will be required to put up more money when the next fund raising occurs, which could be soon. Knowing that I would expect this gives any interested party huge leverage in negotiating a low price. You might get lucky and get £2 if someone is prepared to work under the MNR's tyrannical control. I wonder how many brown envelopes that will require? Aimo of course.

If GKP made scarecrows they would probably be the worst ones in the world.

Well
I think that's spikey JB
It depends on many factors clearly
$2-3bn seems a range for "what is known and comparable which would be £7-10
Higher bids depend on buyers perceived need for reserves and how they view the whole fdp and matrix recovery and future prospectivity
Permian
?? So £25 not out of bounds but a stretch IMO

The laughable valuation is the current market cap
Hence huge buy
And hold hold hold
All the best

1712, people are laughing at my £25 (in new money) valuation.

With the current share issue, £25 per share = around £6 billion.

Shaikan is worth at least £5 billion all day long.

£3.50 per share per $1 bn trade deal consideration
Currently £1.39
And
Analysts mean - £3.40
CPR 10% on subset - £4.74
$6 per 2p = around £7.50
What would a sinopec pay including exploration prospectivity ?
They paid the largest signature bonus ever $1bn off the right to explore blocks in 2005

So let's see what we get
Huge buy
Huge hold
All the best

Can I ask a question to you guys. If Sinopec make an offer can the BOD exclude other offers? Thanks in advance.
