No, I'm not going to do that, WR. The Minaj series of posts on lse, catalogued in the 'litigation gets closer' collection, suggests that professional advice has already been taken. I assume bob took advice before repeatedly mentioning litigation on a public forum?

Good luck with the FCA - you may have to wait an extremely long time to get satisfaction. Behind the queue of headline cases deemed to be 'public interest' (aka bad publicity) like the banks, there's an ocean of lower profile complaints. Their resources are stretched and, my opinion only, the talent pool isn't deep.

From what I can see a lot of it is based on `he said, she said` (some of it years ago) Breaking down sentences and taking every word literally which isn't much basis for any complaint. But a complaint is lodged and thats fair enough,anyone is entitled to do that.

You have nothing,give us all a motive please under criminal or company law. Im sure the FCA is inundated daily with information regards many companies, big deal, you have taken that avenue but always seem to be suggesting that it goes beyond that.

FCA is aware of a number of issues concerning GKP including the concealment of information. I would have thought that you, apparently being some sort of legal person already would be aware

I have not alleged fraud at all. You are just making it up.

The FCA have details of various matters involving Anastasia Vvedenskaya and the concealment of information. Quite where it will all lead is anyone's guess.
