Yes A J Bell are very good when it comes to quick access to your dividends. Halifax Share Dealing are the opposite!

Bilster - yes, a Stocks and Shares ISA account can be used to buy and sell GSK etc. like a normal dealing account. I trade all the time like this (repeatedly), with cash accumulated from the annual allowance (I put in £20K per year), profits from disposals and from the dividends that have accumulated in the account.

You are not required to declare any of the gains (capital gains and dividends) because this type of account is tax exempt.

Blister... Once you have put your 20k or less, in your ISA you can trade it as often as you like.

Hi Michael - hope you don't mind me asking but can you trade shares within your ISA shares account, say weekly looking for the pull backs - ie as the stocks are so volatile at the moment - trading with the 20k I know it's not the norm but wasn't sure if you did it? Would really appreciate your advice?

NCYT- the virus testing company- has published an RNS this morning declaring that NCYT, GSK and AZN will be collaborating with the University of Cambridge in further development of Covid-19 tests.

Many of those up have been seriously hammered some more than 50% relatively GSK has not fallen that much.

I don't know how many posters follow the presentation and disclosure of R&D costs here.
Ex 1 - costs of R&D in their own labs.
Ex 2a - buy in of a third party's R&D from a listed company.
Ex 2b - buy in of a third party's R&D from a non listed company.

Huge numbers.
