Gsk are the originators of this drug. Spells big trouble. Osteoporosis also linked to this drug as it blocks calcium absorption. 10 years plus fighting this in US courts, dire, still a load of debt too and shyte management. Poor suckers who bought haleon too. Buy US, UK shares like the brexit basket case U.K. itself, totally fxcked.

Guess many missed this “ Analysts at Deutsche Bank said some "billions of dollar magnitude" liabilities could be incurred ” there are many yes many Cancer Claims put forward. My question is WHY did the latest claimant bail out? Is he too ill to proceed. Its a sad day for those who have Cancer. Will we ever know the Truth?? GSK is now a gamblers choice so Do You Feel Lucky??

Driven by Graph the next support level is £12.50 which has a high chance of breaking as more Cancer Claims are made. So do you feel lucky?? I will buy at a much lower level.

I did say once 1400 breaks then its ALL OVER….is this the day GSK collapses. GSK are NOW AN EXTREMELY HIGH RISKIts only greed that keeps many holding onto GSK. Its therefore important that many are aware of the Risks and avoid the hype its a good investment at this time of many Cancer Claims. So dont fall into any traps as MM’s will sell before you do. Q. Do you feel lucky???

Have to feel sorry for plaintiffs...There was no case against GSK and Sanofi as the guy said he only took generics for heartburn hence the payout by the generics firms.

And spare a thought also for Joseph Bayer - it is easy to forget that whatever the merits of the situation are for GSK, it is a story about many people going through misery.
Good luck to Joseph.

This is confusing news I agree, but I’m not sure the RNS gives the full story.
See this from Bloomberg - ‘Generic drugmakers Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd., Perrigo Co., Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Inc. and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Inc. agreed to a combined settlement of more than $500,000 with Joseph Bayer after he alleged the popular heartburn medication caused his esophageal cancer, according to the people. The settlements occurred over the course of months, but the plaintiff’s lawyers on Monday notified the judge overseeing the case that they are dropping the lawsuit after Bayer returned to the hospital for cancer treatment.’
I don’t think this is the silver bullet that GSK needs but lets hope the market likes it anyway, but perhaps be cautious?
