"The Directors of GRIT are pleased to announce that £599,201 of new financing (before expenses) has been secured by way of a fundraising (the "Fundraising") undertaken by Peterhouse Capital Limited ("Peterhouse"), via a placing of Convertible Loan Notes ("Loan Notes") to new and existing investors (the "Investors"). Don't think its a reverse as it looks like new management may want to rebuild their current small portfolio -

It's obviously risky as offer might fall through so don't take it as a given I should add! If it does go through in my opinion wouldn't be surprised to see this more than 10p straight away due to speculation on RTO options like meat free company
