DIVIDEND DECLARATIONThe Board announces an interim dividend of 12.1p per share to shareholders (payable on 6 January 2021 to shareholders on the register on 11 December 2020, with the corresponding ex-dividend date being 10 December 2020), an increase of c. 20% on prior year interim dividend. As explained in the robust recent Interim results, this increase signifies our confidence in the SPE strategy, the portfolio and its ability to produce sustainable outperformance. It is the Board's expectation that the final dividend will also increase by not less than 20%.

Halifax Share dealing refuse to allow investment in this stock. Absolute disgrace! There is more risk in buying shares in Lloyds Bank.

Most impressive.

I have been a buyer of GHS shares all year. A most fascinating portfolio. Good to see the entire board buying demonstrating their enthusiasm for Gresham House's investment acumen and the sound stewardship of this company.

The Company was notified on 22 September 2020 that:



David Potter, Chairman of the Company, purchased 2,526 ordinary shares of 50 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 989 pence per share on 22 September 2020;



Helen Sinclair, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 510 Ordinary Shares at a price of 979 pence per share on 22 September 2020;



Denise Lever, a person closely associated with Kenneth Lever, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 2,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 979 pence per share on 22 September 2020; and



Charles Berry, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 1,430 Ordinary Shares at a price of 979 pence per share on 22 September 2020.

Following the Purchases:



Mr Potter, together with his connected persons, is interested in 24,882 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.71% of the Company's total voting rights;



Ms Sinclair, together with her connected persons, is interested in 2,277 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.07% of the Company's total voting rights;



Mr Lever, together with his connected persons, is interested in 5,830 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.17% of the Company's total voting rights; and



Mr Berry, together with his connected persons, is interested in 3,980 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.11% of the Company's total voting rights.

Thanks. Yes the fees are big in comparison with the market cap aren't they. There must be a way to enlarge the share capital - perhaps a new share issue at a small discount to Nav would be possible?
