30/8/2023 09:47 | Tipped? Some anomalous buying coming in here in quiet ole GHT. Had a go at just under 140p to see if the momentum continues. Bottom of the recent range and it can ping significantly higher from here, but the spread and liquidity makes this a difficult one to trade. It could end up 135p-140p if it goes stale or 150p-155p if the momentum continues to test resistance. A break above that would be the ideal scenario up towards 180p, but this buying has to continue, which is unlikely in this subdued small cap environment. There are just layers of sellers almost everywhere. Still we have to try. Exit if no momentum. All imo DYOR | sphere25
17/8/2023 07:02 | Gresham Technologies PLC USD1.6m contract win with Tier 1 asset managerSource: UK Regulatory (RNS & others)TIDMGHTRNS Number : 6231JGresham Technologies PLC17 August 2023RNS17 August 2023Gresham Technologies plcStrategic USD 1.6m contract win with Tier 1 global asset managerGresham Technologies plc (LSE: "GHT", "Gresham", "Group", "Company"), the leading software and services company that specialises in providing solutions for data integrity and control, banking integration, payments and cash management, is pleased to announce a strategic contract win in the asset management industry. One of world's largest asset managers has selected Gresham's cloud-based Clareti Control to ensure the integrity of its accounting books and records (ABOR) and its investment books and records (IBOR) as it upgrades to a next generation set of solutions. The proven ability of Clareti Control to deliver complex matching at scale in the cloud across BNY Mellon's Eagle platform and Aladdin(R) by Blackrock was critical to the firm's decision. On 16 August 2023, the firm, a long-standing customer of Electra which was acquired by Gresham in June 2021, signed a subscription contract with total incremental ARR of USD 0.5m committed for an initial three-year term, with additional one-off fees expected for associated professional services of USD 0.2m. In addition to this, contracts for further additional subscriptions carrying a total ARR of USD 0.1m are expected to be signed with this customer imminently. This further highlights the improving momentum in the financial services sector and underpins our continued investment in our growth strategy.Ian Manocha, CEO commented:"We are delighted to be extending our successful partnership with this key customer in the asset management industry. Gresham was selected based on the power of our matching technology, which is proven at massive scale, our functionally rich exception management capabilities, our cloud and managed service offerings, and our experience of successfully partnering with the largest financial institutions in the world. Gresham's selection highlights the value placed in our offering and furthers our goal to improve the management of risk, lower operating costs, and provide more agile solutions for the future to global financial institutions."Enquir | homtanks

24/5/2023 16:54 | That is an interesting point about funds selling small amounts to fund redemptions. That could explain the gentle but frustrating drift downwards we have see this year, despite the fact that there has been no negative news. | richjp
24/5/2023 08:45 | There's a deep depression amongst UK small cap investors at the moment . Even when one of your companies reports excellent results it usually drifts down over the ensuing months before the next update , as there always seems to be a fund trying to exit to cover redemptions . It's creating some very fertile ground for the next bull market but it's painful to suffer through | nchanning
23/5/2023 17:05 | I watched the AGM online this morning. It was a very quiet affair indeed. The formal AGM only took a few minutes as usual, but even after the informal Q & A session afterwards, the whole thing lasted no more than about eight minutes. There was one question from someone who was at the meeting and that was it. I think it shows how little interest there is in GHT at the moment. Another indicator is the lack of activity on this once very active thread. At least the AGM announcement was encouraging. | richjp

11/1/2023 11:10 | Continuing good news from GHT. Danish pensions services provider Forca has selected Gresham Technologies’ Control solution for holdings, cash, and transaction reconciliations. By automating all data validation, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting, Gresham’s solution will allow Forca to tackle ongoing industry data control issues and focus on exception management and transaction reconciliation. | inforprofit
30/12/2022 14:16 | These recent announcements have given a nice little year end boost to my portfolio, considering my somewhat overweight position in GHT. I like Singer's comments that there is likely to be "upward pressure" on their twelve month 220P price target. I know they first gave that target some time ago however the whole market has been pretty grim since then. They also describe the company as fast growing. I would say steadily growing but maybe the growth will increase next year. At the very least I think we can expect a decent 2023 for GHT and possibly better than decent. | richjp
19/12/2022 10:25 | Singer Capital Markets update. Gresham announces a 3-year $1.9m win, ramping to $0.5m recurring ARR, with a new customer that is a leading global asset manager. The deal is significant not only in terms of its size and quality but also as it includes core functionality from both Clareti and Electra, providing further validation of this acquisition and instrumental in yet another replacement of legacy vendors. Momentum remains strong at Gresham, which remains a core tech holding. | inforprofit
13/12/2022 10:50 | Singer Capital Markets update. After upgrading FY22 revenues and adj. EBITDA by 10% and 4% in early October we upgrade both by 5% today, bringing the total upgrade to 15% and 10% resp. We also upgrade FY23 revenues by 4% (9% since Oct), adj. EBITDA by 3%, cash EBITDA by 15% to £4.5m and FCF by 18% to £4.3m. Gresham is one of the fastest growing companies in our universe with operating leverage further magnifying earnings growth. The potential to push towards £10m FCF in a meaningful time frame is likely to exert upwards pressure on our 12m PT of 220p. | inforprofit

30/11/2022 16:42 | it's been a slow and steady rise over the past month. We should hopefully see a RNS very soon with preliminary year end results - I'm basing that on when it came out last year (Thur, Nov 25th). | crazycanuck
