27/7/2021 14:31 | Well there's a use of 'skillet' I'd never previously encountered. I was boggled at the idea of recyclable frying pans as it seemed a bit niche and peripheral to their main business activities. | epo001
27/7/2021 10:07 | Undervalued company | bluepeter1
27/7/2021 08:15 | Not bad at all. We probably underestimate how tough business is during these WFH times | buffettjnr
27/7/2021 07:54 | Yes, I thought the update was OK. A bit disappointed with the 3 week July figures, but maybe they were particularly strong in 2019. However, debt is coming down, so I'm expecting the share price to break 130p today | kelso29
27/7/2021 07:29 | Reasonably encouraging and guidance raised. Fully recyclable packaging should prove popular if trial works. | 18bt
26/7/2021 13:25 | I see on short tracker, we have 3 shorts totaling 1.95%. They have all increased their position in July, on 6th, 21st and 22nd. So they are expecting tomorrow's results to be bad or they are a hedging position or they are trying to keep the share price down. Find out later if shorts changed last Friday. Nice increase so far today | kelso29
24/7/2021 10:59 | Let’s hope. But hope isn’t an investment strategy. What worries me is GNC’s management seem punchdrunk from the beating they have taken. They are terrible on conference calls | buffettjnr
24/7/2021 10:29 | Imagine the low is now in - but I've been wrong before. | richtea2517
24/7/2021 09:02 | Quarter update is on Tuesday, I'm guessing that sales will be flat for the 13 weeks ended 25 June compared to 2019 and 5% up for the 4 weeks ended 23 July, compared to 2019 (2020 is not a good comparison as it was decimated by Covid restrictions). Hopefully good enough to get the share price moving up! | kelso29
22/7/2021 09:44 | The Pret index is looking spiffing to good. I don’t have any funds left after spending them this week but continue to live in hope on this one | buffettjnr
06/7/2021 15:32 | Need the city workers to get back in the office to recover FTG But should be enough I. This to at least get back to £2 | r600avo
06/7/2021 14:28 | I’m long and wrong at the moment | buffettjnr
06/7/2021 14:28 | That’s what I expect too. | buffettjnr
06/7/2021 14:05 | Surely it will be boomtime with this stock shortly? Staff will be promoted back to work very soon. | slinkyj
20/6/2021 22:01 | I think any company below £1bn is a clear take over target | buffettjnr
20/6/2021 22:00 | Thank you. Sounds an interesting idea. Opening up on 19 July (T’s & C’s). Big opportunity to return to more normality. | buffettjnr
20/6/2021 21:36 | Just an inability to manage the city with the new cfo. A solid company, massively impacted by Covid restriction impact on their FTG and hospitality business. Once stabilised this share price will increase significantly. Hold IMVAlso at this share price a potential buy out opportunity. DYOR | r600avo
20/6/2021 20:40 | Any thoughts on the issue with GNC? | buffettjnr
26/5/2021 14:34 | Big correction back north due. Sold down wayyyy to much considering. Who knew we would get a great stab at a Covid recovery again on this one. | slinkyj
25/5/2021 09:21 | Might sell a few more sandwiches if the summer arrives :) | richtea2517
25/5/2021 08:43 | " The Group anticipates that a continued reopening of the UK in line with the current roadmap and a consequential rebuild of Group Revenue would be expected to generate a FY21 Adjusted Operating Profit outturn above FY20 levels " Yes, that would do it - Muppets! | indiestu
25/5/2021 08:32 | Was it the quote " we will make more profit than 2020 if the lockdown is lifted" that did it?? I mean that's hardly an aspirational confidence inspiring quote from a ceo who is close to the figures is it!! | r600avo
25/5/2021 08:13 | See if it rebounds What time frame? | richtea2517
25/5/2021 08:10 | Never listen to me ........ well done Patrick!! | r600avo |
