I think the sad reality is that the bod have grossly underestimated the timescales involved with the permitting process, and costs and this is now starting to show with lack of progress and ever diminishing cash reserves, and yet still no production 😒

We've been reading ALL YEAR and that's the problem.
Missed deadlines, setbacks, nothing has happened in the way they said it would, so why would we believe their prediction of by the end of this year when we now discover there are 2 permits, not 1 that they are waiting on.
So yes we can read perfectly here!

By my estimates even with the latest raise, they will probably be back down to about 400k available cash

Sorry, but even if the permit approval comes through soon, its now at the time of year where there will be no benefit to great western as we are fully in winter conditions again, with cash reserves running low again, even with the July raise.
Even if they start producing (probably early 2024 now) the initial production volumes will be small scale and won't be enough to stop the need for another raise in the meantime imo
