Expiry dates are 2 years from issue. So 2022 July and Nov...

16 th July 252million warrants issued at .2p

At this time there were still remnants of previous warrants of .16p outstanding

Since then on 2nd,8th,28th Oct and today 115.5 million of the .2p warrants have been exercised.

There are therefore 136.5 million warrants at .2p remaining

ADDITIONALLY
on 18th Nov 295 million warrants were issued at .3p

Hopefully this explains what’s outstanding...

Draw you own conclusions as to the impact of these on the share price and whether they act as a brake or help given the cash injection

Ultimately it’s another 400 m shares onto the register

Personally.... I think they will be a drag through the climb over the next 3 months. A climb which I believe could see an increase to .5p (April)... but themselves my thoughts!!

Warrants have 2 edges
They are under the share price when exercised and they bring money into the company we as shareholders do not!!
They reduce the share of the company I/we own.
15,000,000 new making 3,085,714,550 making a share reduce in value by 0.486 of a % I think that reduces a 0.25 share to 0.248785 and they are putting in 0.2 of real money, to but thinks into prospective.

It would be nice to know how many warrants are outstanding exercise price and expiry dates.

0ver 50 percent more volume today than yesterday, Interest is beginning to build again, next week will be very interesting as more investors buy-in to join the party. It's looking very good here I must say.

Gold is predicted to hold its value this year so it will fluctuate from day to day. The current gold and silver prices are brilliant for this company now. Let the revenue from the commercial operation begin :-).

Dont know if this is leakypedia but over on LSE, someone has posted that GWMO received an application for the exercise of 15,000,000 warrants of 0.2p granted in conjunction with the placing, giving £30k funds and the shares will be added on 21 Jan.

More money in the bank and unlikely to have any effect on the share price

Yes, and the next will be exercised at 0.3 as I can see. 0.2 has now departed and 0.3 will be past next week.It's all coming together nicely here.

Definitely ready to move up, In my many years experience I believe there's a very large background order being filled here. The placing shares have now all been taken imo, and so now the share price rises on very little buying pressure. I'm so looking forward to update on the dore bar that's being analyzed.It's a very exciting time for the company and for us investors.

Yeah I agree, and I wouldn't want to be out when this moves up each day before the update as i'm positive that its going to happen now. Sp is at the bottom now and it'll be above 0.3 next week imo. We're the lucky ones as we're already here.
