Doubt will see an MBO as CEO is largest single shareholder and although likely to strengthen their position in the current market, the motivation is likely to be to ward against takeover rather than as part of an MBO. External takeover interest at this price however, probably hostile, cannot be ruled out.

This stock has come down from 12.7(euro) to around 5(euro) due to the fall in the Irish Market and Banks and Builders especially. The board has been buying back the shares( approx. 10% in last six months) and also buying the shares on a personnal basis. I feel it is way oversold and could attract an M.B.O or a takeover at a much higher price.
