Update on publication of annual report and interim results

The Board of Ince (AIM: INCE), an international , full service corporate and commercial law firm specialising in the shipping, insurance, aviation, energy, construction/real estate and high-net-worth advisory sectors, announces that further to the Company's announcement on 22 December 2022 about the delay to the publication of its annual report and interim results, the Group's new auditors, BDO LLP, have informed the Company that they require additional time to conclude their audit procedures. This short delay relates to the review process for a number of outstanding technical items. Therefore, the Group's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2022 and the Group's unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2022 are now expected to be published by no later than 10 February 2023.
