Posted at 01/1/2019 19:09 by basem1 HNY Fellow investors and Lurkers. I missed that, I wonder if they were dutybound to inform the market in 2018. Under normal circumstances there are positives. I have nothing of note to add apart from the obvious. No dilutionStrong results. Earnings enhancing acquisitionMaiden interim dividend of note. I would suggest that an RNS like that would increase the share price in a company 90% of the time. |
Posted at 29/11/2018 16:54 by jonwig basem - which shareholders for 25 years? GOR has been a PLC for only 15 months. |
Posted at 19/11/2018 16:35 by basem1 KGH had a good day today, up 5%. Bodes well for us. Wonder if there'll be any divi with these upcoming results ? |
Posted at 14/8/2018 14:30 by basem1 Thanks, not as cheap £7.5m Ebitda against well over £129m cap. Nowhere near as cheap as GOR. |

Posted at 19/2/2018 11:26 by quant_investor Another acquisition on a low exit multiple. Additional costs stripped out from the acquired business with the use of GOR premises. Payment to be spread over 5 years. Future revenues effectively guaranteed. Seems like a very good deal for GOR with the firepower for more to follow. Still under the radar judging by the (lack of) market reactionSome similarities with AFHP who are somewhat further down the line. |
Posted at 28/11/2017 07:53 by battlebus2 Always happy to see the first results under our belts after IPO, lots to be happy with, it's going to be a long road scaling up the business but a good start imv. Dividend mentioned for Y/E March 18.... |
Posted at 28/11/2017 07:22 by jonwig Half year results:Harder to pick apart than usual after an IPO, and pattners' profit share makes comparisons difficult. Property division underperforming, it seems. However, they say they are trading in line with expectations which are for eps of 7.2p (March 2018) and 9.7p (2019). |
