Resignation of Nominated Adviser and Broker

The Company announces that, following the announcement of the Company's intention to appoint an administrator, Allenby Capital Limited has informed the Company of its resignation as Nominated Adviser and Broker to Ince with immediate effect. Pursuant to Rule 1 of the AIM Rules for Companies, if a replacement Nominated Adviser is not appointed within one month of today's date, the admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled.
