We will be diluted down in a much bigger company. Presumably the form a new holdco which issues the shares. For gd shareholders we want this as a reverse take over or nil premium merger. Mkt should like the bigger size and cashflow two years out.

What experience if any have people had on mergers ? Ince aren't a listed company. How would the deal likely to be structured and how do we realise value. Not had any experience of this before despite playing the markets for 16 years.

Wouldn't surprise me to see IC comment later, they had this as a 'share of the week' not long ago. According to press the negotiations are at an advanced stage.

This is the best outcome. GD has 6m of free cash in two years once def acquisition payments stop. That was the problem, the cash was being reinvested in deals. So now that cash is coming back i reckon the mkt cap should jump to 75-90m for starters.

What will this mean for the share price. The bod seem to be deal makers so we should be ok.

Took an initial 10,000 shares today. Didn't want to miss the 186p. 300p in the next 12 months. Wonder if the naked trader is aware of this, it's certainly his type of stock ?

After reading the results again and the chairman's statement this seems like a no brainer. Now for a pullback.....please. Like the International feel and comments too.

Thanks, not as cheap £7.5m Ebitda against well over £129m cap. Nowhere near as cheap as GOR.

Why do share prices (generally) go up when an AGM date is announced???

At least midday is a respectful time to have the meeting. Unlike a lot of companies!

Tipped today by Investors Chronicle as a Buy..

The early shoots of growth are encouraging, and hardly reflected in the shares' 13 times forward earnings multiple. Buy.

Dunno but there seems to be an interesting interpretation of the profit figures.

Unless I am reading incorrectly under Group Finance Directors Report - Partners share of profit is massive & they are adding back flotations costs....

So out of £6.38m of profit before tax, £5.72m is deducted as 'Partners profit shares shown as part of non-controlling interests'
