Gooch & Housego PLC (AIM:GHH), the specialist manufacturer of photonic components and systems announces that the Company was notified on 17 August 2022 that, on the same date, Katherine Crowe, a person closely associated to Gareth Crowe, Company Secretary, purchased 769 Ordinary Shares at a price of GBP6.60 per Ordinary Share.
