wtf are you on about Goldloser .. £300k was the figure I think .. it’s a creditor that has likely been waiting for payment for 6 months+ . They raised money on re-listing which was supposed to be for the equipment. Read the RNS’s and educate yourself on what this company has and is doing … jeez you are thick .. or lazy

It's an unsecured loan. GRL just negotiated some conversion at 1.05p, not 3p. If you owe the bank GBP100 it's your problem, if you owe the bank GBP2.3M, it's their problem. GRL used the loan to buy equipment. The equipment has built the three new pads and is ramping up production.I know it's complicated for you but this is GOOD news.

kenny, as I keep saying we will find out in a few weeks how things are progressing plant wise and in a few months whether gold targets are being achieved or at least heading in the right direction!

Debt conversion is by a creditor that would have sued and bankrupted the business. Seriously guys .. this is an extremely fragile business or maybe it’s a gold producing business which , if trader465’s gut feeling is correct , the benefit of which is not going to be seen by shareholders ?!?

Goldstone Resources Limited (AIM: GRL) announces that, further to the Company's announcement of 24 October 2024, it is expected that Admission will now become effective and that dealings in the New Ordinary Shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 31 October 2024.

Defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as in the Company's announcement entitled "Conditional Subscription of £175,000 and Debt Conversion of US$300,000" dated 24 October 2024 unless otherwise defined herein.

Well, ask them where the 5553oz has gone from the heap leach pads? The annual report says there’s only 800oz GIP. Clearly there is gold going missing from this company
