Botuney .. I have shares .. just bought them at the right price so not under water and want this company run to its potential .. not into the ground . It seems you may be invested at a higher price and panicing that comments on an ADVFN board will impact the share price . Really !? I've not seen you post anything intelligent yet .. but keep trying.

best1467 .. entirely my point . There is information that the market needs to assess where GRL are at . It is not being released . When I have contacted Emma directly she has indicated the Nomad is holding the reigns. They know the production for June quarter ; they know the grades they are dealing with .. disgraceful that a company in its infancy is not keeping its shareholders informed .

67 - why not put your questions to Bill Trew at/before the AGM (if you're allowed)!

And maybe also enquire why he - and Pascale - are increasing their investments?

52 makes some valid points that are fact.How Emma is still in a job is beyond unbelievable after the catalogue of miss management and extremely poor to none existent news flow.
The question I ask myself is why the total lack of of news flow on current gold recovery rates having been told they expect 82% recovery since the rejigging but no gold pour numbers to confirm that.
But we have large holders converting warrant's is that solely to keep the lights on probably not but as usual we are not informed

I'm told the reason why 52 lives on here (boring everyone) is that he's unable to address the GRL board.

As he's not a shareholder and consequently can't even raise questions or issues at the forthcoming AGM!¡

if you are bored you should do some research on this share then come back with FCF ; AISC ; Capex requirements ; LOM ; share price prediction .. good luck getting concrete information from the company to back it up

Equipment to the mine site on time
Had no facility to elute the gold and had to build their own . No backup plan.
Stiffed the shareholders by informing the market after the due date they had sufficient gold to not default on the loan.
Defaulted on the loan anyway
Revised guidance to 14k substantially lower.

Worst of all …

Still no flow of news as to whether or not they are now getting decent grades from the “re-engineering” plan - whatever that is and implied they didn’t know what they were doing initially . Are they even hitting the 14k guidance - we don’t know - no production figures have been released to the market .

But you are happy to just say “Bill Trew” put some money in this so like a sheep I will just follow him .

This is why Bill Trew is involved imho ..
Paracale reduced the principal amount and interest due by the exercise of warrants to subscribe for 20,000,000 new Ordinary Shares at a price of 1.2 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Warrant Conversion Exercise") at nil cost.

1.2p .. worth 6p .. at the expense of diluting other shareholders . Hmmm
