I'm wondering about the dilution to cover the delay and deadline. They can't raise money after they announce the delay in revenue as the dilution will be greater due to price collapse, so they are raising funds now. They need to find a new contractor and raise funds!!! Sticky wicket - whos gunna start work until the cash is in place???? Insolvent. They'll suspend again but unlikely back this time. Bond holders have enough after the last round to 100% retain.
